By accessing or using the Regular app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and data. Your health data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), not locally on your device, to allow syncing and backup.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you) are and will remain the exclusive property of Shain Technologies LLC. The "Regular" name and logo are trademarks of Shain Technologies LLC.
Regular offers a premium subscription called "Regular Pro" that unlocks advanced analytics and unlimited supplement tracking.
1. Subscription Terms: Regular Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
2. Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. Cancellation & Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Canceling the subscription prevents renewal but does not refund the current active period.
4. Pricing: Prices for Regular Pro are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not apply to your current billing period.
In no event shall Shain Technologies LLC, nor its founder, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. We do not guarantee that the data you log will be perfectly accurate or preserved indefinitely. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on this data.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
